Hello, we have a problem accessing our document when we logged out.

The space as well as the document are on public mode - the user is not logged in in Humhub.

When we do not have activated the OnlyOffice Connector we can click on each file and it opens up. But when we activate the OnlyOffice Connector module it throws an 403 Humhub errors, which says "You are not permitted to access this section."

See the screenshot:

What we can do to offer each not logged in user to view the public documents?

Thank you for your help!

Sebastian

@Engfii, could you please specify some additional information about your environment and the issue, so we can reproduce it on our side? We require the following info:

  1. OS of the server where ONLYOFFICE Document Server is installed;
  2. Its installation type (Docker, DEB/RPM or EXE);
  3. Version of the Document Server;
  4. Version of HumHub;
  5. Version of the ONLYOFFICE connector for HumHub.

Works for me, I can even view the file in Browser via OnlyOffice, both via Stream and Files plugin.

Host: CentOS 8
Onlyoffice document server (Docker): 6.1.0.83
I have a JWT secret set up, do you?
Connector 2.1.4
Humhub 1.7.1

@Engfii, thank you for the provided information. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to reproduce the issue. Could you please also specify additionally what exact modules are installed in your HumHub, as we suppose one of them might affect the issue somehow?
