When the user creates a fishbone for the first time, ask user
"When creating fishbones the scale factor should be set to 1.0 to avoid visual distortions. Do you want to set scale to 1.0? Yes/No"

Yes will set scale to 1 and well path collection scale radius to 0.01

If no is clicked, remember this choice for the rest of the current session.
