3.0.2 has this bug with regards to Markdown Message of the Days. I tracked it down to the
Loofahlibrary which didn't even havehtml4_fragmentuntil a few months ago.https://discourse.openondemand.org/t/motd-error-after-update-to-3-0-2/3002
