This pull request updates the images in the virtualization quick start from OSGeoLive 10.5 to 16, and to VirtualBox 7.
Images have been shrunk using https://tinypng.com/
There are a few other minor text edits from running through this guide recently.
In addition, virtualbox_quickstart.rst is removed. As mentioned in #630 - virtualbox_quickstart.rst is not deployed, and hasn't been updated in 12 years. The images referenced in this RST doc are also missing from the repo.
