[feature request] GDAL_Rasterize - choose values for burning

when many points are in the same cell, currently the Rasterize function does not allow to choose which value to use among many.
is it possible to add the option to choose the value to use in rasterization as in SAGA and Whitebox?
These softwares allow you to choose from the values: minimum, maximum, average, first, last, count.
