GRASS 7.8.6 startup screen readability

Describe the bug
When GRASS 7.8.6 is launched, the default 'start grass' button is unreadable because it is green text on a blue background. I can't read it and I'm not green/blue color blind. But it will be even worse for those who are. Either the default button color needs to change or the text color needs to change. A minor thing but sort of important.

Also, the explanatory text below the database, location, and mapset windows is very light and hard to read. Needs to be a darker shade of grey.

This was addressed with #744 for master (v 8.0).

But v. 8 does not have the same startup screen. And shouldn't it be back ported to 7.8.6 anyway?

IMHO, #744 should have been backported, but there's no milestone set nor "backport_needed" tag in the PR, so it's difficult to realize.

@cmbarton I have now merged the PR #1833 which will solve this issue for the 7.8 branch too.
