09: MOBI2.2 Variable Stoichiometry & Iron Improvements

- Two additional prognostic variables: phosphorous content of phytoplanton (phyt_phos) and detritus (detr_phos) allows for variable P:N ratios. Those are currently calculated according to the linear formulation in Galbraith and Martiny (2015, PNAS, https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.1423917112).
- Variable Si:N ratios as a function of dissolved iron concentrations are also implemented. This and the code under (1.) was developed by Nathaniel (Nate) Fillman as part of his Masters of Science thesis at Oregon State University. A detailed paper describing the effects and implementation is in preparation.
- Improvements to the iron cycle published by Somes et al. (2021, https://doi.org/10.1029/2021GB006948) as well as parameter changes by Chris Somes. These changes markedly improve tracer distributions especially NO3, and O2.
