Windows 7 64-bit. I'm using the latest binary runtime release: 1337 build 327

EDIT: 1328, 313 works fine

If you are able to build OSVR-Config, could you try building and running this branch?
https://github.com/OSVR/OSVR-Config/tree/win7-runtime

If not, I'll see if I can get access to a VM and try to run it on a Windows 7 machine.

@simkovic so the latest SDK build works fine?

1341/337 still does not work. The config in the runtime included with the SDK/1337 package does not work either.

I have clean install so I don't want to go through the pain of installing (and removing) the environment and tools for source code compilation.

I will try to change the config manually. Hopefully that works.

@JeroMiya is the msvc runtime getting bundled with the build? I know it is with the CMake-driven C++ builds, but perhaps it's required and not there for this one.
