+Reviewed metrics last meeting as there wasn't any other business.  There have been 3 pull requests in the quarter.  There was 8 last quarter so there is a downward trend.

+Upcoming OVAL Board meetings - construct and post statistics in advance (week or two in advance), ask for topics, if there are no topics, cancel the metting.  No one opposed.
