Create automation to build a self-containted Capture-The-Flag competition image (VM, ISO, etc) which contains everything needed, such as [Operating System, Rails Stack, RailsGoat], so RailsGoat can be used in more Capture-The-Flag competitions.

Note that there is some current support for Docker.
