closes Move 'submit' button #139, as submit button has been moved
closes 'hint' and 'spoiler' button disappearing after clicking reset #140, as the hint/explanatin button no longer disappear
closes Add solution to hint challenge 3 & 4 #141, as hints are added
closes Add solution to hint challenge 12 #142, as hint for 12 is updated.
