More worried about the massive trickery from the deleted messages. Some trickery is fun, but a few users have made it impossible to guess at times... and of course the floods but we need to be able to see some in order to even know... |

In the current branch, the bot sends a message in the counting channel if a user has edited or deleted their message. This PR simply adds a toggle config setting so bot operators can choose whether or not they want the bot to "see" edits/deletions. Softfix for #38 (it doesn't actually solve the issue of users editing messages, but at least it prevents the channel from getting flooded with bot messages.)
