Tenant Variables can be orphaned when adding new Project Variable Templates in another browser tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an environment, project, and tenant and connect them together.
2. Create a Project Variable Template in one browser tab, and keep that tab open.
3. Open the Tenant in another browser tab and fill in the variable value, and Save.
4. Add another Project Variable Template in the existing browser tab, and Save.
5. Go to the Tenant tab and refresh - the Variable Value will have disappeared.

The Variable Value is still in the database but has been orphaned because the Project Variable Template ID has been changed.
