Lifecycle's phases and environments don't automatically display in UI after changing

Prerequisites

The bug

When changing the lifecycle of a project, the phases and environments as configured for that lifecycle aren't updated in the UI.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure multiple unique lifecycles
2. Change the lifecycle for a project

Screen capture

Gif below shows the changing of the lifecycle, and then a hard refresh of the page to show the correct environments/phases.

Affected versions

Tested in 2019.9.4

Workarounds

This doesn't actually break anything and is only a display issue in the UI. Refreshing the page updates the lifecycle details.
