Visitor Management App Template

Visitor Management is a custom app that enables organizations to efficiently manage visitor requests through visitor dashboards and automation of workflows. The app brings together the goodness of Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and SharePoint to modernize the visitor management process for an organization and enable easy creation of visitor requests, central tracking and real-time notifications.

Key features

  • Employees can easily create visitor requests
  • Employees can easily track all their visitor requests through a dashboard
  • Employees receive notifications when their requests are confirmed by admin team (security or front desk operations team)
  • Admin team can view all visitors arriving in a day via central dashboard
  • Admin team can notify employees when visitors arrive on premises

Here are some of the workflows in action:
