Did you resolve this @jmsalcido ? I am able to receive audio, but not send any when I join a meeting anonymously using the GuestJoinMeeting sample. |
Could you please confirm if you are muted or not? Thanks! I can confirm I was not muted.
I have also tried toggling my mute state using the SDK (via the self participant object). The SfB desktop client reports back my correct mute status as I toggle it in the SDK. My initial thoughts were that this feature wasn't implemented in the SDK yet or was a hardware issue or a Android version issue. I'm testing using a Nexus 6P running Android 7 Marshmellow. |
Mute is implemented in the SDK and we have tested using the Nexus. Thank you! From: Connel Hooley notifications@github.com I can confirm I was not muted.

I can confirm I can use the microphone to e.g. do a voice based 'Ok Google' search, so the microphone is functional. |
I have not tested if it was updated, but I was not on mute, I could take a On Monday, 17 October 2016, rahulyaa notifications@github.com wrote:

We have a new version of the SDK now. Please try this again on the new version. This works for us. |
Hi @rahulyaa , I have just tried the 0.7.0.3 release. I am seeing the following behaviour in both my own prototype and the GuestMeetingJoin sample (I just downloaded it again so I have the latest version). Audio does not start at all now when I join the conference anonymously. I join the conference but only via IM. I have linked screenshots below of my desktop client and mobile app. The end call button in the GuestMeetingJoin also does not work which makes sense as I guess it expects me to be joined via audio but I'm not. The conference I created was a meet now, on prem, conference. Desktop client: |
Hi Connel, Could you please post the spew that you see in logcat. This will surely help me in isolating the issue. Thanks a lot |
I joined a meet now conference with the app. I sent an IM, replied to the IM on my desktop, then pressed the stop call button. The Logcat output is here: The same happened for a scheduled conference. The Logcat output is here: Thanks |
Perfect. Thanks for the output. Let me look through and will get back to you. |
Hi there, Is this limitation of SDK or issue with samples? Thanks, |
We have identified the issue. We will post an update this week for the App SDK. Thank you! |
Hi @connelhooley @jmsalcido , We have addressed this issue and updated bits are available on the download site: Please take a look at the note on the download page. Let me know if you see issues. |
Now going to give it a try. Just downloaded it and I think I have the correct version. The downloaded file name is actually 0.7.0.4 not 0.7.1. I'm hoping they're the same? Screenshot is linked below. The readme.txt also says v0.5 just so you know. |
@rahulyaa can confirm the latest version works as expected. I've tested using both a 365 and on-prem meet now conference. Thanks |
@connelhooley Thanks for reporting this and verifying. |
I have no audio from the sample healthcare app, is this a recent bug?.
