Daniel Kladnik has his extension also listed in the Pale Moon store, but that is of course a XUL extension...
https://addons.palemoon.org/addon/i-dont-care-about-cookies/.

Got the update offered today, but of course didn't install it.

Would compiling it for that browser possible, or is that more difficult?

Tried to upload the .xpi to addons.palemoon.org and got an error

So it's probably possible, but definitely needs some work.
#7 has a to-do list for the project so probably not the top priority to port to other browsers before these.

Looked into it a bit more, the current IDCAC for pale moon has quite a different structure regarding to a lot of things.
I still will try to add support for it but it's at the moment delayed since I want to do some other changes to the manifest/(chrome/firefox) version before I work on this.
