Что PR делает?
В og:description прибрав одинарні кавички, поставив подвійні, як це валідно з точки зору HTML.
Також в контент og:description виводимо annotation, а якщо він порожній, тоді виводимо description
Зачем PR нужен?
Валідний HTML, він більше подобається пошуковикам. Якщо є annotation, краще виводити його, оскільки він більш короткий.
