If you do not have Python installed to Path, do so using the following:

(If you do not have Python installed already)

1. Go to https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-399 and download version 3.9.9 Windows Installer (64-bit)
2. When installing check the box saying "Add Python to Path"
3. Run Start.py and begin using the app!

After this you can start using the app, which is pretty straight forward!
