人是根本,但是只有人也是不行的,对于文章要辩证的看,对于华为描述的我就不认同,若大的企业,没有完善的制度,就硬说信任,隔着过家家呢,作者你自己信你说的话吗?尤其是邮件和纪要,都没有,沟通协作如何完成,这不成了一锅粥了吗?

关于谷歌,除了创新驱动,愿景也是很重要的,毕竟是一个可以跟政府和军方说“No”的企业。

同样的方法论,对于个人和组织都有借鉴的意义,就看你是如何去做的。
