Fix the Perfect_GBA overlay from #1436. I noticed that it overlapped 1 pixel into bottom edge of the display, so just a minor shift of the bezel --------- Co-authored-by: XK <47260768+XK9274@users.noreply.github.com>

Add 5 new sets of Perfect_ overlays derived from the great work of 1playerinsertcoin and mugwomp_93 on Reddit.
I combined 1playerinsertcoin's grids and mugwomp_93's frames with some adjustments to make what I believe are ideal overlays for non-integer-scale GB/GBC/GBA display. Both creators have given me permission to distribute derivatives of their work.
I also moved Perfect_CRT and Perfect_CRT(noframe) overlays into a unified folder with Perfect_CRT-240p.
All overlay sets have README files added with instructions for 1playerinsertcoin's recommended settings.
