This is mainly front end stuff.

Eg. create a print css file that hides the concept tree on a concept detail page.

I'll move this ticket to 0.4.0, wo we can concentrate on getting 0.3.0 ready.

Other idea: currently the search result shows all results, but in the future, it would be probably be better to use pagination. In that case, it should be possible ot have a link to a separate page where you can print the entire search result in one go.

To do for 0.4.1:

Make a print.css. Currently all we want to do here is make it so that a concept detail can be printed. This should just hide the tree view of the conceptscheme and only leave the detailed info.

Other issues, such as pagination and printing a search result will be handled later.

@cedrikv We might need to discuss who gets to handle the newer frontend stuff on Atramhasis.
