The expat-lib is an XML parser library that uses the expat open source package located at
EXPAT Distribution Site
Expat has not been used in flight projects and is under evaluation. It is currently being used for lab applications and as a platform for investigating text-based tables that are managed by applications rather than using the cFE table service.
