Summary

In this PR we added a blog section to where we add blog posts by our community members.

List of changes proposed in this PR (pull-request)

• Add a section for blog posts (this blog was connected to the quarto blog).
• Add the English and Arabic versions of the blog section.
• Add this to the nav bar.
