Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It's not possible to set a repository for dart

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an additional configuration option pubRepository when set adds

repository: {{pubRepository}}

to the pubspec.yaml file.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It's not always possible to use the pubWebsite as sometimes you want it to point to your actual website and not your repo.
