What

Tag BAL in its current state.

Why

There are breaking changes coming (e.g. #6), we should release a tag before this so that projects such as https://github.com/OpenAssetIO/otio-openassetio can be updated to use this tag and continue working.

ACs

  • Add RELEASE_NOTES.md with initial entry
  • Tag in GItHub

Notes

  • No publishing to any particular repo etc...
