Show updated profile after user updates her profile

The profile edit page will change due to #838 and #811

@vnugent all the above mentioned issues #838 and #811 are closed.

As of now, once the profile is updated, a notification triggers that "Username updated".

If this is the expected behavior, we can close this issue.
Else, I would like to pick this up. Please assign it to me.

However, I have observed that the same notification message is displayed irrespective of the field being updated on the page. Displaying a generic message is good, yet having custom notifications is a nice-to-have feat.
