Added capability to choose to add MISP tags as labels. Some MISP events from certain sources provide tags that are not relevant, therefore, with this option, a user can choose if want those tags to be added as labels (like is already doing by default) or not.

FYI: just to share with the community, from the version 5.4.0 (I believe), now is possible to restrict connectors from creating labels. Following the best practice of creating a user per connector, you can now remove the capability/permission "Manage labels & Attributes" from that user and the connector will not create any label.
