Description

When trying to completely empty the description or remove some content of an observable and focusing out of the windows it doesn't remove the content.

Environment

OpenCTI 4.2.4 docker

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

Observations -> select one observable -> click on the red pend -> try to update the content (remove part or all the content)

close and it will not be saved.

It would be great to have a button to apply the changes.
