Description

Some RSS feeds don't work (see log below in screenshot). Moreover, you can't really see it from the UI. The only thing which may suggest that is the "current state", which doesn't move forward.

Environment

5.11.14

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

  1. Import this feed : https://www.vmware.com/security/advisories.xml with the RSS feed feature ("Data > Igestion > RSS Feeds")

NB: a 403 error appears but the URL is accessible when I access it directly from my browser.

Product team: don't treat this issue now, I'll have to see if it's a problem on our side.

The problem is that some RSS feeds block depending on the user agent. So it's not a bug but an improvement to be made to add a standard user agent, I'd say.
Product team: I leave it to you to modify this issue as you see fit.
