reintegrate *total* values from psra canada source

Original psra canada source included "total" values in the prname column.
It was removed during in the db from earlier iterations as the prname is a column used to attach geometry views (as "total" column doesnt exist in boundaries).

Although total values not used in our indicators, look to reintegrate total values from source so it can stay in the db, or perhaps a separate table to contain the "total" values.
