[Bug]: User Messages Not Displayed After Resuming Session

Describe the bug

The frontend fails to display user chat messages after resuming a session.

Current Version

Branch: main

Installation and Configuration

Installation: None

Model and Agent

Model: gpt-4o
Agent: codeAct

Reproduction Steps

1. Initiate a chat with OpenDevin.
2. Reload the page using Cmd + R.
3. Click on "Resume Session".
4. The assistant's messages are displayed, but the user's messages are missing.
