This PR adds support for automatically selecting the 2/98 percentile of values when using the plant health tab.
This avoids the need to manually adjust the sliders when selecting a plant health index, as the program will automatically choose good values.
Also fixes a few quirks I found (like single clicking a value on the histogram, which was giving the wrong selection).
