UPnP - accessing music gives "Scanning media info" message #2460

Basically, the issue is described on the forum thread http://openelec.tv/forum/74-music-management/65454-3-1-2-scanning-media-info-stuck.

It is possible to add a UPnP music source okay and view artists, etc. but when trying to access down to tracks a dialog appears "Scanning media info" and never dismisses.
