Module sp2 not included on RPi2 build #3966

The sp2 module is needed by the TechnoTrend CT2-4650 CI USB tuner, but it is not included in the RPi2 build.

I think the Kconfig for dvb-usb is faulty (it does not contain the line below under DVB_USB_CXUSB) in kernel 3.18.8:

    select DVB_SP2 if MEDIA_SUBDRV_AUTOSELECT

I'll send a PR soon for this.
