german keyboard does not work

Hello,

german keyboard does not work in the last betas and current. Here is the output of setxkbmap (from ssh-connection)

Trying to build keymap using the following components:
keycodes: evdev+aliases(qwertz)
types: complete
compat: complete
symbols: pc+de+inet(evdev)
geometry: pc(pc105)

Looks like german is selected. But for example in xbmc-filemanager there are no umlauts (äöü) and y and z are switched.

In Openelec-Settings I selected "de" for map 1 and "-none-" for map 2.

Today I compiled Openelec (r11057). It does not work.

Is this a problem of my installation or something else?

if i change the keyboard layout in the openelec setting to german, there is still the english qwerty layout instead of the german qwertz layout
