Connect factsheet & scenario dataset API into Scenario Bundles

• Connect scenario dataset api to input/output dataset from in scenario bundle / scnearios tab
• Connect framework/model factsheet api to Models & Frameworks from

The input/output datasets are now connected to the API. Frameworks and models will follow.

Once this PR #1663 is merged. We can also add the human readable table title to the api.
