I suggest a CC0 as well:

• No need to track copyright
• Like metadata

This seems like a good idea. Are there any implications/considerations for creators of factsheets that we may need to communicate in a visible place?

I approve of CC0 and suggest displaying the CC0 license specifically for factsheets on the right hand side when displaying any factsheets or the factsheet overview.
