Looks good. Aside from the comment I placed on the MeowProvider init, this would also require us to bump the required MongoKitten version in the Meow Package.swift, and then bump the required Meow version in this package, or to explicitly list a higher MongoKitten version as a dependency in the Package.swift of MeowVapor.
