Allow gestures to work over icons

So I made a new issue about icons. I want to be able to swipe up on top of icons to open my drawer. Instead I need to find a small area with empty space. I removed my dock to save space and have everything on one page, so I can't swipe up on a drawer icon or press a drawer icon.

If this would cause issues, it could be a config option, but I think it would probably be fine. If I swipe up on icons now, they don't open, nothing happens. Seems safe enough.

I fill my home screen with icons or folders thereof. This gesture blocking stops me from opening both the drawer on swipe up, and the toggles & notifications on swipe down.
