This PR replaces PR #149. This PR has a conflict and it cannot be resolved easily.

@aforster23 We discussed today and need clarification on the RR 6041 range enumeration. Please clarify what 0 means and what 400 e.g. means in the description field. Is the value a counter or a static value or a value that can be set? If the value is a counter, does it run down to zero when ready?

Hi, the reusable resource used for 6041 is the "Sample Warm Up time". The XML I submitted shows the range enumeration from 0 to 86400 seconds. The Description listed is: "Warm-up (wait) time before sensor value is read".

If this is unclear, then in other words the Sample time is how long a device waits before it takes a reading from the gas sensor (which is attached or integrated to said IoT device). It is a RW value that can be changed via the server at any time. It will usually be set to a given default (depending on the warm-up time required for the different gas sensors), but is fully configurable if required.

Please let me know if you need more information. The XML of this resource is as below:

@aforster23 Is it possible to create a special meeting to discuss and collaborate with the IPSO Working Group in the near future. We still have questions about how the RR is used. Specifically what is the warm up time is based upon? What happens if the sensor is read but isn't warmed up, etc. We would like to clarify the description and name the resource appropriately. Thanks! Matt
