The new version of
StanHeaders(stan-dev/rstan#887 and stan-dev/rstan#912) will include breaking changes such as the new API forLDT_factor; see stan-dev/rstan#899 (comment). This PR makes the required changes for the current release of Stan/Math while maintaining backward compatibility.
