NamePicker dialog issue (via Tom Hallet @ OpenNTF project)

I noticed that there seems to be an issue with using the ExtLib NamePicker when using a Bootstrap theme. Using either a WebStandard or OneUI theme, the dialog looks like this:

But with a Bootstrap theme (here is Ext Lib Demo with Bootstrapv3.1.1 ), the NamePicker reverts to the standard value picker dialog (and the icon goes back to the magnifying glass icon rather than iconNamePicker.png)
