Description

Collectd driver do not properly parse command line arguments. Also caching in the driver needs to be disable.

Expected Behavior

Arguments are properly parsed

Actual Behavior

Command line options do not take effect after change them in oned.conf

How to reproduce

  1. change ARGUMENTS in oned.conf
  2. restart OpenNebula
