Description
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

  • Click poweroff
  • VM is stuck on poweroff for whatever reason
  • Poweroff Hard is greyed out

Expected behavior

Similar to CLI, when a VM is on SHUTDOWN you can issue onevm poweroff --hard <vm_id> and force the shutdown.
