The Mobile Security Settings lesson includes a 5 min discussion of IMEI numbers and SIM cards.

Advance Team participants found that they didn't have enough background information about why the IMEI matters to facilitate a meaningful discussion about it.

If we're going to keep it, we need to provide trainers with significantly more background info and insight on why it is there and how it impacts the issues covered in this lesson.

Question for discussion is: why is this important to include here? Is it necessary?
