ICPLib and Sample code to program NuMicro CortexM and 8051 series

there are four sample projects

• ICPLibDemo: NuMicro-M (use ICP.lib)
• M0A21_ICPLibDemo: M0A21 RESET pin can be configured as gpio, Lib is independent from ICPLibDemo (use M0A21_ICPLib.lib)
• M030G_ICPLibDemo: M030G share RESET pin with ICE_CLK, Lib is independent from ICPLibDemo (use M030G_ICPLib.lib)
• ICP51LibDemo: 8051 (use ICP51.lib)
