[VirtualKeyBoard.py] Differentiate button icons

Make the tags for icon buttons more obvious by suffixing the tag with "ICON".  This also allows the common button names to be available as plain text (translatable) buttons.

The increased use of command icons reduces the need and space complications of translating the command button text.

Now, what was the point of completely changing the buttons, messing up all third party skins with these changes?
And can you give us at least an example of how to skin with all these changes?

Anyway, got through it, the shift and enter buttons need to lay over the colored buttons though.

Apart from some new images there are no skin changes required by these updates.
