Unify Vu+ support recipe for kodi (#100)
* vuplus-kodi: add new recipe for kodi support
changes:
- unify and replace xbmc-support and kodiegl
- for mipsel stage the static gles_init.a as libgles_init.a
to fix kodi's CMake linking error ld: cannot find -lgles_init
