- Add missing patches from oe-core and oe-alliance
- update enigma2 recipe to ship the mpg123 plugin from -good
- build gstreamer1.0-libav with embedded ffmpeg which only has the audio codecs enabled for Vu+ receivers
- clean recipes and configure options
- tested compilation on mips32el(-nf) and arm
